AMG Academy is built for practising dentists. If something isn't working as expected, or you have a question about an event, course, payment, or your account, the channels below are the fastest way to reach the team.
For all account, event, course, payment, and technical questions, write to Info@amgdentalsolutions.com. Include the email address tied to your account and, where relevant, the event or course title.

In the AMG Academy app
The fastest way to reach support while you are signed in is from the app's Settings → Account section. Messages sent from inside the app automatically include your account context, which speeds up the reply.
Response time
We aim to reply within one business day (Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Cairo time). Urgent issues affecting a live event or active payment are handled as a priority.
