Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of AMG Academy, operated by Allam Medical Group (“AMG”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
Effective: June 15, 2026
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be a licensed dental professional, a dental student, or an authorised representative of a dental practice or institution to use AMG Academy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at Info@amgdentalsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Service description
AMG Academy provides professional education, event management, course delivery, certification, study clubs, case discussions, and related services for the dental community. Content is created by qualified instructors and reviewed by AMG. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation, attempting to access non-public areas, reverse-engineering, scraping, distributing malicious content, uploading patient-identifying information to case discussions, harassing other users, or using AMG Academy to advertise or promote unrelated commercial services without our written consent.
4. Clinical content and patient information
Educational content is for the professional development of licensed practitioners and does not constitute medical advice for any specific patient. You are solely responsible for clinical decisions made in your own practice. Do not upload patient-identifying information (names, full-face images, record numbers, contact details) to case discussions, study clubs, or any other part of the service. Anonymise all patient material before sharing.
5. Payments, refunds, and certificates
Paid events and courses are billed in Egyptian pounds (EGP) or the currency shown at checkout. Refund eligibility is described on the relevant event or course page and in our refund policy. Issued certificates are non-transferable, recorded against your account, and may be revoked if we determine that the certificate was obtained through misuse of the platform.
6. Intellectual property
All AMG Academy content, branding, course materials, and downloadable resources are owned by AMG or our licensors. You may view and use content for your personal professional development. You may not copy, redistribute, broadcast, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that engage in fraud or abuse, or that remain inactive for an extended period. Where reasonable, we will give advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. You can request account deletion at any time via our account deletion page.
8. Disclaimers
AMG Academy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMG and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of AMG Academy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Egyptian pounds.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice via the service or by email. Continued use of AMG Academy after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
